What do complete routes score?
EEEEEE has five straight transitions, total zero and reward zero. ESWNES has five clockwise quarter-turns, total +5 and reward 25, yielding a terminal quote of 9.7×. ENWSEN has five counterclockwise turns, total −5 and the same reward 25. Across all 4,096 routes, rewards 0, 1, 4, 9, 16 and 25 occur 1,008, 1,680, 960, 360, 80 and 8 times. An observed partial total is not the terminal reward. The quote includes still-hidden turns.
How does Auto collect?
Before starting, choose stake 10, 20, 50 or 100 and Manual or Auto threshold 1.2×, 1.5×, 2×, 3× or 5×. One stake and those settings are captured for the round. The controls and refill lock during play; the main button becomes Collect. Reduced motion changes reveal timing only. Manual collect processes all reveals due at the current timestamp. For Auto, every due reveal is processed in order: an earlier threshold crossing settles its full actual quote before any later event, even if several reveals are due in one frame. A zero before crossing loses. Auto is a collect threshold, not a repeated-round mode.
